Shipping Policy


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping rates are as follows:

US & UK Insured Shipping: $4.95

Worldwide Insured Shipping: $6.95

 

Delivery times are as follows:

US, UK, Canada & Australia: 7-15 days after the order is dispatched

All other countries: 7-18 days after the order is dispatched

Please note the above delivery times are general estimates. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING 

You shall receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your order tracking number once your order is shipped. The tracking number shall be active within 48 hours.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Plus Protections shall not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

LOST & DAMAGES

You shall be entitled to a replacement item should you receive your item damaged. Please send us photos and/or videos of the damaged item to claim for your replacement.

Should your order be lost during shipment (as reflected in the tracking information), we shall reship your order to you at our own cost.

 

UNDELIVERED & RETURNED ORDERS

You are responsible to provide us your correct shipping details. We shall not be responsible for undeliverable packages or packages sent to the wrong address due to missing, incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by you.

There are 2 common reasons that causes your package to be returned: 

  1. Incomplete address
  2. Undelivered due to absence of receiver 

Should an order become undeliverable and returned to us due to the above mentioned reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund but you may request to have the order reshipped again at a fee. However, should the order be lost or destroyed before it is returned to us, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.

Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped.
